Environmental Information

As part of the fuel mix disclosure, suppliers also have to provide Environmental Information and this is to include details on the CO2 emissions resulting from the electricity that they supply to customers and what is known as the “High Level Nuclear Waste” figures.

For the reporting year: 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008

Average Environmental Information for all Electricity Suppliers is:

Environmental Information (per kWh)
CO2 Emissions 0.480 kg
High level Nuclear Waste 0.0014 g
